“Reasonable price. This is a long-pending review that I've been meaning to write for a while now - life and some personal commitments just got in the way! Back in September 2025, I worked with Baljinder and his team to replace my old HVAC system and install a new one. I had checked out a couple of other companies at the time, but then I remembered that this same team had helped fix an issue with my HVAC compressor a few years ago in our neighborhood, made it easy to go with them. Honestly, it was a great decision. The team was super professional, kept everything clean, and were just really nice to work with. They were also very patient in answering all my (probably basic!) questions during the installation. The most impressive part? They got everything done - including duct and vent replacements - in just 3 days. There was a small hiccup the day after installation, but Baljinder came over right away and took care of it. It's been over 6 months now, and we're really happy with how everything has been working. Really glad we went with Kailey Air Systems - definitely recommend them for any residential HVAC needs!”

“I worked mainly with Baljinder Kailey and he is a man of few words. He is a licensed contractor. He gets the job done. He realizes when something is important and addresses it. His sub-contractor investigated the possibility of running a drain pipe into the outside well with very little disruption. The city inspection seems to have approved the job and that's a good thing. The total work can extend beyond a day or two. But he does a complete job. On the day of the inspection he arrived and fixed a few issues reported by the city inspector, promptly. We also had duct testing which is required for inspection. There was also a switch installed outside as required by city. When he is done with all work, his crew makes sure everything is cleaned up and recycled.”

The owner (Baljinder) worked seamlessly and extremely efficiently in spite of the challenges that existed with the electricians. “We had a great experience with this company and Baljinder. Baljinder came out right away once we contacted the company. Looked at our system and provided a quote...it was a very fair quote and did not ask or suggest we do anything that was not needed. We have a home that has a unit each for both upstairs and downstairs. Only one unit went out...other quotes we got suggested/recommended that we replace both. Baljinder said we didnt need to. We ran into an issue after install but it had nothing to do with the new equipment or workmanship, unit overheated due to my dog tugging on the new wires. Baljinder came back on a holiday, fixed the issue, ran the unit, waited outside in his vehicle for over 30 mins to ensure the unit did not overheat again. We have been "cool" during the hot weather since. Many times, anyone can come and do the work, replace a unit, etc. but the true test comes when/if something goes wrong and how they handle it...especially if they have already been paid. Baljinder is a very stand up individual and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing this kind of service.”

“My old AC broke down last month and I asked Baljinder from ACR service to come and fix it. Baljinder inspected the AC same day and found that my ac-motor was bad. He suggested me to replace the AC as its compressor was getting worse. I waited one week to get the quotes from other technicians.
